In a few words
"Physiotherapy is the art of bringing movement back to life."
My passion for movement and the extraordinary capabilities of the human body is reflected in my work as a physiotherapist, where I constantly encounter new challenges.
This is what motivates me, day after day, to give my best and to continue learning in order to expand my knowledge of this wonderful profession.
You'll get along well with me if:
- You like to learn, understand, and discuss
- You are amazed by all the little joys in life
- You love nature, sports, and art
I have a particular interest in:
- Injuries in dancers and other performing artists
- Injuries in athletes

After completing my DEC (pre-university diploma) in science, I was certain that I would pursue a career in healthcare. I always wanted to help people and support them in achieving their rehabilitation goals. So, I continued my studies at the University of Montreal, earning a bachelor's degree in speech therapy. After completing this degree, I realized that my true calling was physiotherapy. The anatomy of the human body, its biomechanics, and its capacity for adaptation convinced me to change paths. I then completed my bachelor's and master's degrees in physiotherapy at the University of Montreal.
- Attestation for peripheral manipulations, University of Montreal (2023-2024)
- The Neuromeningeal System in Musculoskeletal Problems, Alexis Gougeon and Claudine Farah (May, 2024)
- The Lumbar Spine: Movement & Loading Analysis for Motor Behavior Therapy, Sean Gibbons (October, 2024)
What I'm passionate about in physiotherapy is the common thread between my love for dance and movement analysis. I am very interested in the complexity of the human body and the interaction between its structures. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping people achieve their goals and seeing them progress over time. I love teaching and helping people understand their condition in order to guide them through their rehabilitation.
I've always loved playing sports and moving around! I discovered my greatest passion at the age of 3: dance. For over 10 years now, I have been dancing professionally in various shows, broadcasts, shoots, etc. I also enjoy running, weight training, yoga, paddle boarding, pickleball, hiking, cross-country skiing, and alpine skiing.
With my career as a professional dancer, I have unfortunately had several injuries. Ankle sprains are my specialty! But, I have also had to deal with other types of injuries, such as a quadriceps strain. I have always been closely followed in physiotherapy so that I can quickly return to my shows and rehearsals. The key: do your exercises diligently and stay active!
- I'm passionate about board games (really passionate!). I have a cabinet at home full of games, and I always feel like I need more. Board game night with friends = perfect night!
- Despite my 1001 simultaneous projects and a life that moves at 200 km/h, I love going camping, without cell service, lost in the depths of the forest.
- I'm passionate about organization! I still use a paper planner to this day, and I refuse to have an electronic one.
